Terms of Service

Last updated July 9, 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Kiwi Parlays (“Flagline,” “we,” “us”), the operator of flagline.app, a business based in New Zealand serving customers in the United States and elsewhere. By using Flagline you agree to these terms. Please read them.

What Flagline is — and is not

Flagline is a research and information tool. It organizes publicly available sportsbook odds alongside official league statistics and recent hit rates so you can study the numbers yourself.

Flagline is not a sportsbook, a gambling service, or a betting operator. We do not accept, place, or facilitate wagers, and we do not handle any betting funds. Nothing on Flagline is a “pick,” a tip, a guarantee, or a recommendation to place any bet. We do not provide betting, investment, or financial advice. Any decision you make is your own.

Sports outcomes are uncertain. Past performance and hit rates do not predict future results. We make no promise that any information on Flagline is accurate, complete, or profitable, and you use it entirely at your own risk.

Who can use Flagline

You must be at least 18 years old — or the minimum legal age for sports betting where you live, which is 21 in some US states, whichever is higher — to use Flagline. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you; sports-betting laws vary by state and country.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@flagline.app if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not share, resell, or scrape the service, or use it to build a competing product.

Subscriptions and billing

Flagline offers a paid subscription of US$24.99 per month, which may include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Trial and price details shown at checkout govern your specific plan.

  • Payment processor. Payments are handled by Whop, our payment processor and merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Whop’s terms. Flagline does not store your card details.
  • Free trial. If your plan includes a trial and you do not cancel before it ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and your card is charged.
  • Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew each month at the then-current price until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize these recurring charges through Whop.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your Whop account or by emailing support@flagline.app. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Refunds. Because access is delivered immediately, monthly payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you were charged in error or believe there is a genuine problem, contact us and we will review your case in good faith. Some jurisdictions grant consumer rights that these terms do not override.
  • Price changes. We may change the subscription price. We will give you reasonable notice, and any change applies to your next renewal, not the current period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Flagline for anything unlawful or in breach of the rules that apply to you.
  • Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our data or content.
  • Interfere with, overload, or attempt to break the security of the service.
  • Present Flagline’s research as guaranteed outcomes to others.

Intellectual property

Flagline, its name, design, and original content are ours. Odds and statistics belong to their respective sources and are shown for informational purposes. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Flagline for your own research while your account is active.

Disclaimer of warranties

Flagline is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data — which comes from third parties and may be delayed — is accurate or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flagline and Kiwi Parlays will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any gambling losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Responsible gambling

Betting should be fun, never a way to make money or recover losses. Only ever stake what you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing you harm, help is available and free.

If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER (available 24/7 in the US), or visit ncpgambling.org.

Termination

You can stop using Flagline anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or misuse the service. If we close your account without cause, we will refund any unused, pre-paid portion of your subscription.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes consumer-protection rights you may have under the mandatory laws of the country or state where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Flagline evolves. When we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use Flagline after a change means you accept the updated terms.
